Why This Work Exists
Most leadership communication training focuses on messaging, structure, and persuasion.
Very little addresses the physiological mechanisms that shape how authority is perceived in real time — breath regulation, muscular tension patterns, pacing control, and resonance calibration.
Executive Voice Institute exists to address that gap.
What Happens During The Intensive
The Executive Voice Intensive is a one-day training designed to recalibrate the physiological mechanisms that produce vocal authority.
The work is practical, diagnostic, and highly targeted.
Participants typically experience immediate shifts in vocal stability, projection, and command presence.
The day includes:
• A full diagnostic of breathing mechanics and muscular tension patterns
• Calibration of resonance and projection under conversational speech
• Pacing and cadence work for high-stakes communication environments
• Application to real-world speaking scenarios such as presentations, leadership conversations, and media
The work is deliberately selective to preserve training depth.

The Lyon Authority Method
The Lyon Authority Method is built on three governing principles:
Breath governs perception
Resonance governs credibility

When these variables are trained deliberately, vocal presence becomes consistent rather than situational.
